Although all of AIRTEC's stock is barcoded and pretty difficult to send out wrong, it can happen, so we push that any mistakes are reported within 7 days of receiving.
Items ordered incorrect or by mistake are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any orders for in stock items placed before 1:00pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day between Monday and Friday. Any orders placed after this time we will endeavour to send the same day, but we can't guarantee this.
We send all orders using reliable couriers, such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DX and DHL.

Our express shipping orders are typically delivered the next working day if ordered before 1:00pm, but we cannot always guarantee next day delivery due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur with our couriers.
Overseas delivery services will differ depending on the sizes and weights of the items you order, and where the order is being sent. We typically send smaller orders or of lower weight with Royal Mail International, and larger or heavier orders with DHL Express.
